Kuami Eugene, a musician signed to Lynx Entertainment, has been hospitalized after he had an accident last night.
The accident occurred near DSTV at CP, after Achimota Overhead heading towards Dzowulu traffic light.
His car crashed into a tipper truck around 11:30 pm on Sunday, as per current reports.
Ajarfor, the editor of ModernGhana, quickly went to their rescue at the accident scene.
He said he organized a car to take him and one other person to the University of Ghana Medical School hospital.
He also contacted the Achimota Police to come to the location.
“I was behind them so I stopped and rush to . rescue them that was when I realized it was Kuame Eugene.
His right hand had a deep cut and his wrist was broken.
Kuami Eugene, born on February 1, 1997, is a Ghanaian singer-songwriter also known as Eugene Kwame Marfo. He is famous for his High-life and Afrobeat music.
He is affiliated with Lynx Entertainment and Empire Distribution[2] and is famous for numerous songs, including “Angela”, “Wish Me Well,” “Ohemaa” and many others.
In 2018, he received the New Artist awards from both the Ghana Music Awards and the Ghana Music Awards UK.

Kwame Eugene was nominated for 7 awards at the Ghana Music Awards in 2019 and ended up winning the Album of the Year award, Producer of the Year, and Highlife Artist of the Year.
He won the titles of Artist of the Year and High-life Artist of the Year at the 2020 Ghana Music Awards.
