Ewura Abena is a Ghanaian born gospel singer and a songwriter and an entrepreneur based in the UK. Officially known as Vida Ewura Abena Yeboah, Ewura Abena is the 5th of the 6 children of Rev Prince & the late Mrs. Mary Ohene–Asare.

Ewura Abena had her early childhood education in Takoradi and Asamakese, respectively and continued to Abuakwa State College in Kibi, Ghana.

She later enrolled at the Ghana Institute of Journalism to study Communication Studies. Then to Cambridge International College, London to pursued Administration and Human Resource Management.

Ewura Abena is now studying to become a Diagnostic Ultrasound Sonographer. She is very passionate about music and started singing at a very tender age in the year 1996.

She released her first studio album dubbed “Kama Kama” in 2009. The album featured her hit song “Agye Me Nkwa” (featuring Nacee) which catapulted her into instant stardom with numerous appearances at events countrywide.

She followed it up with two other albums, “Eye” and “All I Say”, and then a couple of singles. In life her sole role model is CHRIST whom Paul admonishes all to emulate.

She writes and sings about God and his blessings upon humanity. Ewura Abena Has never been afraid to write songs about difficult situations.“

These difficult times make my writing and compositions rather intense. Writing songs in my difficult moments is my way of coping but it is not at all a sad story.”

The multitalented musician, is a wife, a mother of two and still expecting more. Ewura Abena has a Cosmetic and Beauty Product line and company, Ewurabelle Collections, based in the UK.
